超声引导经皮穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿部分病例分析

目的分析超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法对40例(45个囊肿,单发36例,多发4例)卵巢囊肿进行超声引导经皮穿刺固化治疗的疗效观察。术后第3个月开始随访,随访时间8个月～2年。结果28例经硬化治疗囊肿完全消失,4例明显缩小,另8例因囊肿感染或病检为囊腺瘤而未行穿刺硬化治疗。结论超声引导经皮穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿疗效显著,方法安全、有效、简便、易行,可以广泛推广应用。

Objective To analysis the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous in treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods Sclerotherapy was applied to 40 patients with ovarian cysts by percutaneous puncture for injecting anhydrous alcohol under ultrasound guidance （45 cysts, 36 cases of single and multiple 4 cases） The first 3 months after the beginning followed up for 8 months to 2 years. Results Twenty-eight cases by the cyst disappeared, 4 cases reduced, and the other 8 patients were untreated because of infection or cystic tumor.Conclusion The effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous in treatment of ovarian cysts is significant, the method is safe, effective, simple and easy, can be widely used.
