摘要
目的探讨凯西莱抗实验性肝纤维化的疗效及作用机理。方法采用四氯化碳复合因素建立大鼠HF模型,实验鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、秋水仙碱组、凯西莱组。观察大鼠肝脏指数、脾脏指数、血清透明质酸酶、板层素影响。结果与模型组比较凯西莱有一定的回缩肝脾作用;能显著降低模型大鼠肝脾指数,差异有显著性意义("P<0.01")。与正常组和模型组比较,各药物组血清血清透明质酸酶、板层素等实验性肝纤维化指标均有改善("P<0.01")。结论提示本药有良好的抗实验性肝纤维化作用。
Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of the tiopronin tablets on Hepatic Fibrosis. Methods The models of hepatic fibrosis were produced in Sprague-Dawlay rats by CCl4 compound factors and were treated. Colchicin were used as control at the same time. The variations of the indexes ofhepatis fibrosis including liver index, spleen index, hyaluronic acid Hyaluronidase, laminin as wellas the variations of the pathomorphology of liverwere observed. Results Tiopronin tablets could restore the pathological proliferationof livers and spleen of rats to some extent. The serum level of Hyaluronidase and laminin were decreased significantly. Conclusion Tiopronin tablets had obvious inhibitory effect on hepatic fibrosis.
