上海市鸡源大肠杆菌分离鉴定及药敏分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了掌握上海市鸡源大肠杆菌耐药情况以及耐药规律,按照常规方法分离培养大肠杆菌,应用HX-21细菌鉴定/药敏分析仪以及API20E鉴定系统进行了细菌鉴定,采用HX-21细菌鉴定/药敏分析仪测定了大肠杆菌对24种抗菌药的耐药情况,并结合菌株来源对菌株耐药性变化及耐药性产生的相关性进行了较全面统计分析。结果表明,上海地区鸡源大肠杆菌耐药性严重,对阿米卡星、多黏菌素耐药性低,对氨苄西林、四环素、复方新诺明、奈定酸、利福平耐药性高。仔鸡大肠杆菌对氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、氯霉素、氨苄西林耐药性强于雏鸡大肠杆菌。耐药谱复杂,多重耐药性、交叉耐药性严重。 The objective was to study the antimicrobial resistance and the resistant level of Escherichia coli strains of poultry origins. According to the routine method to cultivate and isolate Escherichia coliothe dentification of bacteria used bacteria identification/antimic-robial analysis system and API 20E system. The susceptibility to 24 kinds of antibiotics against Escherichia coli was tested using HX-21 bacteria identification/antimicrobial analysis system. And according to the different origin to analyze varying of antimicrobial residence and residence associativity. The results showed that Escherichia coli from poultry had high susceptibility to Amikacin and Polymyxin but high resistance to Ampicillin, Tetracycline,Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole,Nalidixic Acid,Ampicillin,and Rifampicin. The antimicrobial resistance of Streptomycin,Ampicillin,Kanamycin and Cephalothin were significantly higher than that in isolates from young chicken. Resistance types was complicated. Multiresistant and crossresistant of Escherichia coli from poultry were severe.
