摘要
应用延迟时间模型描述炼化设备的故障过程,应用遗传算法获得延迟时间模型参数的最大似然估计,用数值模拟方法验证算法代码的正确性。以某炼油厂39台换热器的维修数据为例进行分析,对其延迟时间模型参数进行估计,其结果可为换热器的视情维修策略提供参考依据。
The delay time model was applied to illustrate the failure process of petrochemical equipment. Genetic algorithms were applied to achieve the max likelihood estimation of the parameters of the delay time model. The codes proved accurate by numeric simulations. The maintenance data of 39 heat exchangers in a refined factory was analyzed. The parameters of the delay time model were estimated. The result can provide help for the conditional base maintenance optimization of heat exchangers.
