摘要
从微观角度对电场中乳化液的极化液滴进行受力分析,并对其形变进行了深入的研究,给出了电场力与液滴大小、表面张力及变形形态之间的数学关系式,分析了影响液滴变形的各种因素,建立了相关数学模型,通过数值求解模拟液滴在拉伸电场作用下的变形形态,与实际液滴变形及现有的椭球形模型进行对比和相应的理论分析,较好地解释了液滴尖端变形现象。
According to the study of emulsion desperation in electrical field, force balance analysis of the liquid droplets in emulsion was made with microcosmic point of view,and based on it,a mathematical deformation model of liquid droplets with the presence of external electrical field was developed. A relationship between the electrical force and the deformation degree was built, the factors which affect the deformation and from which way the infection acts was analyzed. Also based on the mathematical model, some numerical computing and simulation was made to compare with the real liquid drop deformation, from which more intuitionistic information could be got, moreover the reason of needle-shaped deformation was also explained. All the work is meaningful to the study on oil-water separation.
