摘要
WX/U型脱硫装置是自主研发的新型脱硫装置,对其进行操作优化,进一步降低操作成本是WX/U型脱硫装置推广应用的关键。采用不同脱硫剂在WX/U型脱硫装置上进行了脱硫性能试验,结果表明,在WX/U脱硫装置上采用石灰作为脱硫剂是可行的,试验条件下适宜的石灰质量分数为0.8%。试验结果为在WX/U脱硫装置上进行添加剂强化脱硫效率的深入研究提供了理论依据。
The further reduce of manipulate cost by optimizing operation process of WX/U desulfurization equipment,which was studied and developed independently by the authors, was the key factor for the generalization application of WX/U desulfurization equipment. The effect of different desulfurizing agents on the removal efficiency of WX/U-desulfurization equipment was investigated experimentally. The results showed that industrial lime as desulfurizing agent was feasible, and the proper mass concentration of lime was 0.8% in the range of experimental condition. And the experimental data could provide theoretical bases for the study of desulfurization efficiency intensification of additive in the industrial applications of WX/U-desulfurization equipment.
