摘要
采用效率传热单元法(ε-NTU)分析了顺流和逆流2种形式套管式换热器效率的影响因素,给出了效率计算公式和线算图。分析认为,当采用单管式换热器时,逆流连接方式的换热效率较高,当采用双程套管换热器时,顺流连接方式的换热效率较高。
Using the efficiency-number of heat transfer units method(e-NTU method) ,the influencing factors to the heat-transfer efficiencies was analyzed when it was parallel-flow and reverseflow forms. The formulas and figures of the efficiency calculate were provided. The results indicated that the reverse-flow was higher than that of parallel-flow in heat-transfer efficiency when it was a single-casing,but it was reverse when using double-way casing heat-transfer.
