摘要
介绍了换热网络优化设计方法和在全厂能量集成基础上发展起来的多装置换热网络能量集成研究的发展现状。对有关研究进行了分类,分别比较了换热网络优化设计方法以及多装置换热网络能量集成的几种方法的优劣,指出今后换热网络优化设计与多装置网络间能量集成的研究重点应放在集成运用人工智能方法、直观分析(研究)法和数学规划法,以发展一套既有理论价值、又有实用意义的系统方法,为指导实际换热网络的设计服务。
The introduction is made for the progresses in optimal design of heat exchanger network and heat integration of multiple heat exchanger networks based on energy integration in to tal site, classification of related studies, comparison between several optimal design methods of heat exchanger network, as well as the heat integration of multiple heat exchanger networks. It was pointed out that optimal design of heat exchanger network and heat integration of multiple heat exchanger networks should focus on integration of artificial intelligence, heuristic and mathematical planning methods to develop an efficient and practical method to serve the design of heat exchanger network.
