摘要
通过对碳黑洗涤塔给水泵经常发生断轴事故的问题进行失效分析,发现38CrMoAlA泵轴表面经过电镀硬铬强化处理工艺后,不仅使泵轴表面镀层存在微裂纹,而且使基体材料产生氢脆损伤。微裂纹和氢脆损伤在反复弯曲应力和腐蚀介质的作用下迅速扩展,最终导致泵轴发生腐蚀疲劳断裂。分析结果说明,用38CrMoAlA钢制造的碳黑洗涤塔给水泵泵轴不宜使用表面镀铬的强化处理。
Pump shaft fracture influences the long-cycle stable operation of the gasifier seriously, as this frequently happens in carbon black scrubber. A failure analysis of the fractured 38CrMoAlA pump shaft was implemented. The results show that,hard chromium electroplating enhanced processes on the surface leads to overlay coating of pump shaft microcrack and base materials hydrogen brittleness. After pump shaft withstood the repeated action of bending stress and corrosion medium, it was due to corrosion fatigue fracture. The conclusion showed that 38CrMoAlA pump shaft inappropriately employs this type of treatment technique.
