摘要
应用对比分析法,通过对比抽水蓄能电站与参照机组的年费用指标,以节约系统年费用为目标,给出抽水蓄能电站是否具备经济效益的评价方法。结合河南电网电源结构及负荷特性等因素,应用该评价方法对河南规划电源中合理抽水蓄能装机规模进行分析,进而对河南天池抽水蓄能电站建设的必要性进行分析。
A method of economic comparison and analysis was presented, which can get reasonable results through comparing the year fees of a pumped-storage plant with a reference plant. Combined with the power source composition, load characteristics and so on in Henan power grid, the reasonable capacity of pumped-storage plants by using the comparison method was analyzed. And the necessity of building Tianchi pumped-storage plant was alsoanalyzed.
