重要节日电视机功耗对电网频率影响及控制策略的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对重要节日收视节目一致性较强的特点,提出电网调度运行精益化管理的新思路。分析系统频率控制的基本原理,论述抽水蓄能机组和燃气轮机机组对频率调整的作用。介绍通过电视机功耗测试对北京奥运会开幕式期间的电网负荷波动幅度进行预测并提出频率控制策略的系统运行实例,结果反映了基于电视机功耗测试的电网负荷波动预测及相应频率控制策略的必要性和有效性。 Based on consistency in TV program audience in significant holidays, a new method was put fin'ward tor delicate management in power grid dispatching and operation. The basic concept of power system frequency control was analyzed, and the function of pump-storage generators and gas turbine generators in frequency regulation was described. The load variation during the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic Game was fureeasted based on TV energy consumption tests and the relevant frequeney control strategies were discussed. Empirical results in power system operation show that the proposed method is necessary and effective.
