摘要 综述了近年来在无机及有机氯铝酸熔融盐中电沉积铝和铝合金研究的进展,着重介绍了电沉积金属及其合金的熔融盐,电沉积铝及其合金的无机和有机氯铝酸熔融盐,并进行展望。与其他熔融盐相比,氯铝酸熔融盐具有溶解能力强,易于配制,废液易于处理和价廉等优点,在电镀生产中有着广阔的应用前景。 The progress in research on electrodeposition of aluminium and its alloy in inorganic and organic chloroaluminate molten salts in recent years is reviewed, focusing on a presentation of molten salts for electrodepositing metals and their alloys, especially on inorganic and organic chloroaluminate molten salts used in preparation of aluminium and its alloy coating, and a forecasting is also made. Compared with other molten salts, chloroaluminate molten salts have many advantages, such as strong solubility, easy to prepare, easy in waste liquid treatment and lower cost, so have a wide application prospect in electroplating production.
