镁合金化学镀Ni-P-金刚石镀液稳定性的研究

摘要 研究了稳定剂和搅拌强度对镁合金化学镀Ni-P-金刚石镀液稳定性的影响。结果表明:镀液稳定性随稳定剂的质量浓度的增加而增加;随搅拌转速增加而增加,200 r/min时稳定性最好,之后随着转速的增加而降低。镀层中金刚石分布均匀,磷的质量分数为6.00%,镀态下镀层为非晶+微晶结构。 The influence of stabilizer and stirring intensity on the solution stability of Ni-P-diamond electroless composite coating on magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that the solution stability increases as the amount of stabilizer increases. As the stirring speed increases, the stability increases, it reaches the best when the stirring speed is at 200 r/min, then reduces. Diamond distributes uniformly in the coating, and the mass fraction of phosphorus is 6.00&. The coating is amorphous with microcrystalline during plating.
