摘要
对AZ 31镁合金稀土转化膜工艺进行了研究。具体分析了稀土转化液中H2O2对稀土转化膜的形貌及耐蚀性能的影响。扫描电镜分析了稀土转化膜的表面形貌;极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了转化膜的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:当转化液中H2O2的体积浓度为25 mL/L时,稀土转化膜的表面形貌完整均匀、耐蚀性能最好。
The technological process of rare earth conversion coating on AZ 31 magnesium alloy was studied. The effects of H2 O2 in rare earth salt solution on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated in detial. The morphologies of conversion coating were observed by SEM, and the corrosion resistance was accessed by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that the optimal volume concentration of H2O2 is 25 mL/L.
