保障性住房面积及设施配置应满足家庭居住活动的基本功能,不能照搬商品房小康标准。同时应体现社会先进性和公正性,充分考虑安全、卫生、生理、学习等方面的需求。
The floor space and the allocation of facilities of welfare-oriented housing should satisfy the basic function of family living, which cannot be subject to the welloff criterion of commercial residential buildings. Meanwhile, in order to embody the advancement and justice of the society, the need of various aspects such as safety, sanitation, physiology and study must be well taken into account.
