摘要
社会经济的发展导致我国城市人口激增和大规模的住宅建设。文章通过对历史住宅区规划设计的分析与研究,针对我国目前住宅区规划设计中出现的问题,对住宅区的道路系统、景观空间和建筑设计提出了自己的见解,以期对今后的住宅区规划提供一些有益的建议。
The development of social economy has resulted in the population explosion and large-scale residential constructions in cities in our country. By analyzing and studying the planning design of historic residential areas, the author, in view of the current problems existing in the domestic planning design of residential areas, expresses his own opinion on the road system, landscape space and building design in the hope of providing several helpful suggestions towards future planning of residential areas.
