旧住房外墙面开裂原因分析及整修

The Analysis on Causes of Cracking in the Exterior Wall of the Old Housing and Relevant Repair

旧住房综合改造中,外墙渗水的整修是主要内容之一,但目前方法各异,效果不一。文章在对产生渗水的原因作简要分析的基础上,对目前常用的方法进行了评述,并介绍了针对多层房屋和高层房屋整修的二种有效方法,可供旧房外墙面整修工程借鉴和采用。

The repair against water penetration into the exterior wall is one of the main contents during the comprehensive renovation of old housing. However, at present, the effects vary according to different methods. While analyzing causes of water penetration briefly, the author makes comments on the common methods which people use at the present time and introduces two effective ways suitable for the repair of multi-storey buildings and high-rise buildings, which can be adopted in the repair project of the exterior wall of the old housing for reference.
