摘要
移相控制ZVS PWM DC/DC全桥变换器是变换器的一个研究热点,诸如高性能、高效率、低噪声、低污染等理论问题急待研究。副边占空比丢失是移相全桥PWM DC/DC变换器中的一个重要现象,文章以移相全桥ZVS PWM DC/DC变换器电路模型为基础,结合变换器谐振电路的工作特点,对变换器副边占空比丢失的原因进行了详尽的分析,阐述了全桥变换器滞后臂比超前臂更难实现ZVS的原因,最终得到了移相全桥ZVS PWM DC/DC变换器死区时间和工作频率的设置条件与解决副边占空比丢失的措施。
Phase-shifting Full-bridge Zero-Voltage-Switch(PS- FB- ZVS) PWM DC/DC converter is a research notspot on converters. A lot of problems need to research urgently, such as high-performance, high efficiency, low noise, low pollution and so on. Secondary duty ratio loss is a very important phenomenon in PS- FB PWM DC/DC converter. In this article, on the basis of the circuit model of PS- FB- ZVS PWM DC/DC converter and combining the operating characteristic of resonant circuit, causes for secondary duty ratio loss of converter are analyzed in detail. The reasons of the lagging leg of FB converter achieving ZVS harder than the leading leg are also presented. Finally, setup conditions of dead-time and working frequency are obtained and measures to solve secondary duty ratio of PS- FB- ZVS PWM DC/DC converter are given.
