Restructuring Plan of Telecommunication Power Supply in Beijing Shisanling Pumped Storage Station

北京十三陵蓄能电厂为首都电网提供可靠的调峰、填谷、调频及调相等功能,是北京的紧急事故电源。通信设备是连接北京十三陵电厂与华北电网的唯一途径。因此,通信设备的稳定运行对确保电网安全运行意义重大。文章根据国家电网公司颁布的"十八项反措"和安全性评价对通信电源设备的要求,分析了北京十三陵蓄能电厂通信电源系统存在的安全隐患,根据通信设备的实际运行情况和技术要求,制定了通信电源设备改造方案。

Pump storage stations have both the function of generation and load, which is benefit for peak load, which is benefit for peak load shifting and improvement of the economic operation level of the power grid. In addition, under emergency state, Beijing Shisanling Pump Storage Station is used as mothball power supply. Communication equipment is the only connection of the plant to the control center of North China Grid. So its reliable running is of great significance for the security of network. In this paper, based on the 18 counter-failure requirements of State Power Grid Company of China and the requirement of fortieation of communication network system, a detailed analysis of some safety bidden troubles of communication system in Beijing Shisanling Pump Storage Station is given. Restructuring plan of telecommunication power supply is presented according to the operation condition of the equipments.
