摘要
以钙基膨润土为原料,经提纯钠化后用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)进行有机改性,制得有机蒙脱土,探讨了其对废水中苯酚的吸附性能.结果表明,对50mL浓度为50mg/L的苯酚溶液,在溶液pH值为6.3、温度35℃、吸附时间50min、有机蒙脱土投加量20g/L条件下,对苯酚的脱除率可达78%.
CTMAB-bentonite was synthesized by inserting cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) into the in- terlayer of bentonite mineral that had been purified and Na-modified. The adsorption properties of the TMAB-bentonite to phenol in wastewater were investigated in detail. The phenol removal rate reached 78% at a phenol concentration of 50 mg/L in the wastewater under the conditions of pH value of 6.3, contact time of 50 minute, contact temperature of 35 ℃, and dosage of modified bentonite of 20 g/L.
