工程变更表现在工程量的变化、单价的变化、计费项目的变化,或3种变化兼而有之.本文针对几种常见的工程变更分别进行了分析,其中新工作内容的增加、固定总价合同中的变更和工程量变化较大或工作性质有重大改变引起的变更,是比较复杂的,需要造价工程师在核定工程结算造价时,遵循价格公平的原则,根据实际情况具体分析,才能合理地进行造价管理.

Engineering changes include the changes of project quantities, unit price, cost items, and the compos- ite changes of above 3 ones. This paper analyzes engineering changes, and particularly focuses on those changes under complicated conditions such as added new project content, changes in fLxed cost contracts, substantial engineering quantity changes, or changes of the nature of the project. The paper suggests that cost engineers should adhere to fair price standards to manage project cost effectively according to the real situation.
