降钙素对绝经后骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者血清TRACP5b、BALP和BMD的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察降钙素(Miacalcic)对绝经后老年妇女骨质疏松髋部骨折患者骨代谢、骨密度的影响。探讨促进老年女性骨质疏松性髋部骨折愈合的方法,以提高骨质疏松性髋部骨折的疗效。方法:将经同一组医生行内固定治疗的84例绝经后老年妇女骨质疏松髋部骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组42例术后使用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂每天200IU,对照组42例不使用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂。比较两组治疗前后骨密度值(BMD)组间差异,进行血TRACP5b、BALP和CTX、尿DPD/Cr骨代谢生化指标测定,并进行髋关节Harris评分。结果:经6个月治疗,治疗组有39例得到随访,与治疗前相比,骨密度呈上升趋势(3.7%,P<0.05),血生化指标测定明显下降,均在正常值低限或低于正常水平。对照组有38例得到随访,Wards区BMP下降明显(P<0.05),其余各区呈下降趋势,两者相比有统计学意义。结论:降钙素对于绝经后骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者,可提高骨密度,降低骨转换,提高骨质骨质疏松性髋部骨折的疗效。 Objective:To study the clinic effects of Miacalcic on the change of the bone metabolism and bone mineral density (BMD) of the osteoporofic fracture of the hip among the postmenopausal women, to explore the better process for improving the heal of the osteoporotic fractures. Methods : All 84female postmenopausal osteoporosis hip fracture patients were randomly allocated into divided into treatment and control groups. The same group of doctors operated the fix treatment. Drug use : treatment group Miacclcic nasal spray 200IU/d. Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment and group BMD values for bone density and biochemical markers in blood and urine biochemical markers of bone metabolism in serum TRACPSb ,BALP and CTX, urinary DPD/Cr, values, and the Harris hip score. Results: After six months treatment, the treatment group received 39 of follow - up, compared with the treatment, bone mineral density upward trend (3.7% ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Blood, urine and biochemical indicators decreased significantly. The control group received follow- up of 38cases, the BMD Wards declined significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) , a declining trend in the remaining districts. , the two statistical data compared with significance. Conclusions : Miacalcic nasal spray for postmenopausal osteoporosis in elderly women patients with hip fracture can improve bone density, reducing bone biochemical marks, improve osteoporotic hip fracture results.
