摘要
建立在自给自足小农经济基础上、以儒学为主体的中国传统文化,缺乏在近现代工业社会促进经济、科技、军事等为核心的硬国力增长所需的哲学基础、思维方式、战略视野、经济意识、商业理念、科技主义和创新精神。复兴中国传统文化,增强国际软国力,一方面有在"复兴"、"传统文化"、"软国力"等概念、理论上步入误区或陷入西方话语陷阱的危险;另一方面,也是对中国传统文化在现代竞争力方面的价值功能不足缺乏清醒认识。努力创新、构建具有时代精神、促进经济、军事、科技等硬国力又好又快发展的中国特色社会主义新文化,是增强国际软国力竞争力的科学道路。
Chinese traditional culture dominated by Confucianism, which is built on the small - agricultural society, lacks the philosophical foundation, thinking mode, strategic vision, economic consciousness, business theory, science and technology, and innovation spirits. They are necessary in promoting the hard power which takes the economy, science and technology, military strength as the core in modem industrial society. In reviving Chinese traditional culture to enhance the international soft power, on one hand, there is the risk that we might fall into a discourse traps in explaining "Renaissance", "Traditional Culture" and "Soft Power" ; on the other hand, we lack clear understanding on the drawbacks of Chinese traditional culture on its modern competitiveness. How to promote the international soft power of China? We should construct the new culture with Chinese characteristics.
