摘要
探索心理训练课程改善和提高大学生应对方式的可行性和有效性。对8个班379名学生施测应对方式问卷,根据前测结果选择实验班(40人)和对照班(38人)。实验班接受每周4课时,总计36课时的心理训练课程干预,对照班不予处理。干预效果采用应对方式问卷进行评估。结果表明:心理训练课程明显改善了大学生的应对方式,对较多采用消极应对方式学生,效果尤其显著。心理训练课程作为一种干预方式可以广泛使用与推广。
In this paper the feasibility and effectiveness of the psychological training in improve the coping styles of students is studied. 379 students in classes are tested by the coping style questionnaire, and according to the test results, the experimental classes (40 students) and the control classes (38 students) are chosen out. The experimental class accepts 4 hours a week, for a total of 36 hours of psychological intervention training courses, while the control class doesn't have it. The Intervention effect is assessed with the coping style questionnaires. It shows that the psychological training helps the students improve their coping styles greatly, especially for the students who often take negative coping styles. Thus the psychological intervention training courses can be widely used.
