摘要
在引发剂作用下,MPEG(聚乙二醇单甲醚)、MAA(甲基丙烯酸)和丙烯酰胺等单体在水溶液中可发生共聚反应,合成出一种新型的聚羧酸高效减水剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)法和凝胶渗透色谱法研究了MPEG聚合度对减水剂的分子结构、相对分子质量大小及其性能的影响。结果表明:当MPEG聚合度为25时,所合成的聚羧酸减水剂的综合性能最好。
A new kind of poly-carhoxylate superplastieizer was synthesized by the copolymerization between MPEG (methoxypolyethyleneglycols),MAA (methacrylic acid), acrylamide and other monomers in water solution under action of initiator.The influences of MPEG's polymerization degree on molecule structure,molecular weight and performances of the superplasticizer were investigated by FF-IR and gel-permeation chromatography.The results showed that the combination property of poly-carboxylate superplasticizer was best when MPEG's polymerization degree was 25.
