长齿真片叶蜂Eutomostethus longidentus Wei是危害毛竹的食叶害虫,1a或2a发生1代,以预蛹在土茧内越夏越冬,第2年或第3年5,6月间化蛹、羽化、产卵,幼虫取食期为5月中旬至7月下旬,自6月上旬起老熟幼虫陆续入土预蛹。

Eutomostethus longidentus Wei is a defoliator attacking Phyllostachys pubescens. It has one generation one or two years and oversummers and overwinters as prepupa in cocoon. It pupates, emerges and oviposits between the second or third May and June. The larva defoliates from mid May to the end of July. The mature larva begins to go into the soil and metamorphose into prepupa in early June.
