摘要
根据云斑天牛成虫对补充营养植物的嗜好性,选择野蔷薇作为新型药剂吡虫啉的试验载体,采用内吸传导法将云斑天牛成虫置于养虫笼内测试。结果表明48 h吡虫啉对云斑天牛成虫的LC50和LC90分别为35.606 4 mg/L和267.548 1 mg/L,并建立了毒力回归方程。
According to the preference of the Batocera horsfieldi adult in the extra-nutrition plants, Rosa multiflora was selected as the carrier of imidacloprid and Batocera horsfieldi adults caged were tested with systemic and conductive method. The results showed that the LC50 and LC90 of imidacloprid on the adults within 48 hours were 35. 606 4 mg/L and 267. 548 1 mg/L respectively and the toxicity regression equation was established.
