摘要
通过冷态试验数据计算出风门挡板不同开度的阻力系数,热态与冷态相比,阻力系数不变,热态时记录风室差压、挡板开度和进行密度修正后,可计算出二次风速和二次风量,对热态运行有一定的指导意义。
Resistance coefficients are gotten by the test data analysis as function of the damper position. Resistance coeffi cient of the damper is constant in same position, Secondary air velocity and secondary flow rate can be calculated after wind-box pressure and damper position are noted and the density is modified, this is important for the operation of the boiler.
