Construction and Innovation of Bare Concrete Main Power House Frame

华电新乡宝山电厂一期工程主厂房框架及大型设备基础采用清水砼结构。模板采用清水砼专用覆膜胶合板,梁、柱棱角采用圆弧形倒角工艺,柱面模板接缝处采用分隔条明缝处理,采用槽钢加固,取消柱内对拉螺栓,大型设备基础采用PVC板衬模工艺。砼严格按规定配制、浇捣,拆模后适当清修,保证了清水砼构件尺寸准确,表面平整、色泽一致。

The bare concrete structure is applied in main power house frame and large-scale equipment foundation of 1st project of Baoshan power plant from Huadian Corporation, Xinxiang. Formwork is teetorial plywood-elagsification applied by bare concrete. Beam and column arris adopt circular arc bevel craftwork. Location of cylinder formwork joint adopts break apparent seam treatment and reinforced by channel. Split bolt inside column shall be cancelled, PVC plate lined form craftwork shall be applied in large-scale equipment foundation. Concrete will be confected, poured and vibrated strictly as per requirements. The same shall be properly cleaned and repaired after dismantling the formwork to ensure component size of bare concrete accurate, surface even and tidy and color and luster consistent.
