摘要
以可溶性淀粉为主要原料,以丙烯酸为接枝单体,硝酸铈铵和过硫酸钾为复合引发剂,采用溶液聚合的方法对糊化处理后的淀粉进行接枝聚合,合成出环保型淀粉衍生物水处理絮凝剂。通过对接枝聚合反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量以及丙烯酸单体用量等因素对接枝率影响的研究,确定较佳的接枝产物合成条件:淀粉10 g,单体丙烯酸用量10 mL,硝酸铈铵和过硫酸钾(摩尔比1∶1)复合引发体系用量2 mmol,接枝反应温度50℃,接枝反应时间3 h,接枝率达到43.2%。利用选煤后的废水对其产品絮凝性能进行实验研究,确定较佳的废水絮凝处理条件。
Using starch as main raw material, acrylic acid as the graft monomer , ceric ammonium nitrate and potassium persulfate as the compound initiator , environmental friendly flocculant for wastewater treatment was synthesized by graft polymerization of gelatinized starch with solution polymerization method. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time,initiator dosage and acrylic acid dosage etc. on grafting ratio were studied to determine synthesis conditions. The results show that when starch is 10 g, monomer acrylic acid is 10ml, ratio of ceric ammonium nitrate and potassium persulfate is 1: 1, compound initiator is 2 mmol, the grafting reaction temperature is 50℃ ,grafting reaction time is 3 h, grafting ratio can reach 43.2%. Using slime - water as sample,flocculation performance of the flocculant was studied ,the best treatment conditions of wastewater flocculation was deter- mined.
