摘要
以硅溶胶为原料,在胶体保护剂作用下,采用反萃取剂使硅溶胶胶粒形成水凝胶,水凝胶经过沉降或过滤被分离后于烘箱中干燥,得到白色的二氧化硅粉末,将其置于马福炉中高温煅烧,既得到纯净的纳米二氧化硅粉成品。同时对影响纳米二氧化硅粉粒径的因素进行了探讨,确定了最佳原料配比,并采用激光粒度仪进行表征。
Using silica sol as raw material,in the presence of colloid - protect reagent , hydrogel was prepared from silica sphere with strippant,then through separation by sedimentation or filtration, drying in the oven, white SiO2 powder was gained , at last, Nanometer - sized SiO2 powder was prepared by high temperature calcination in muffle furnace. Factors to affect the particals size of SiO2 powder were discussed, the optimal mixture ratio of raw materials was determined, and characterization was carried out by laser particle size analyzer.
