Significance of controlling acidity - alkalinity in fine methanol was put forward. Causes of high acid value in fine meth： anol during three towers distillation process were analyzed , then control methods of acidity in fine methanol were put forward,including pH control, temperature control of non - condensable gas, control of heavy components output quantity in atmospheric tower and so on.
