摘要
提出了精甲醇酸碱度控制的意义,分析了三塔精馏过程中精甲醇酸值高的原因,继而提出了精甲醇酸度的控制方法:pH值的控制;不凝气的温度的控制;常压塔重组分采出量的控制;加压塔和常压塔的操作等。
Significance of controlling acidity - alkalinity in fine methanol was put forward. Causes of high acid value in fine meth: anol during three towers distillation process were analyzed , then control methods of acidity in fine methanol were put forward,including pH control, temperature control of non - condensable gas, control of heavy components output quantity in atmospheric tower and so on.
