雪莲果叶提取物降血糖口含片制备工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 以雪莲果叶提取物的浸膏粉为主药,通过对比实验选择合适的辅料、配方及生产工艺制备雪莲果叶提取物降血糖含片,并对产品进行质量分析。研究结果表明,最佳的配方组合为:浸膏干粉50%、硬脂酸镁4‰、1∶1的甘露醇乳糖混合物48%、8%的淀粉浆适量、薄荷脑适量;最佳的工艺条件为:16目筛制粒,55℃干燥20 m in,16与18目筛整粒。在此配方及工艺条件下生产的产品各项指标均符合药典要求。 Using yacon leaf extract powder as the main drug, hypolyeemic bueeal tablets were prepared after the best additive, formula and processing conditions were decided by comparative test, and the quality analysis were carried out. The results showed that the optimum formula was 50% yacon leaf extract powder,4‰ magnesium stearate,48% mixture of lactose and mannitol(1:1) ,proper starch paste(8% ) and menthol. The optimum conditions were as follows: granulated with 16 mesh sieve, dried at 55 ℃ for 20 rain,and unified with 16 and 18 mesh screen. The indexes of the products could make to State Pharmacopoeia under the formula and technological conditions.
