摘要
研究了在超临界二氧化碳介质中,在DBU的作用下,CO2作为羰基化试剂与环己胺、溴乙烷(EtBr)反应合成N-环己基氨基甲酸乙酯的反应。结果表明,合成N-环己基氨基甲酸乙酯的最优条件为:环己胺用量10 mmol、EtBr用量30 mmol,DBU用量30 mmol,CO2压力为8 MPa,反应温度60℃,反应时间4 h。在该条件下N-环己基氨基甲酸乙酯的产率可达96%。
It was studied that the reaction of cyclohexanamine with CO2 and bromoethane to synthesize ethyl N-cyclohexyl carbamate under the promotion of DBU in supercritical carbon dioixide. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows : cyclohexanamine 10 mmol,EtBr 30 mmol, DBU 30 mmol,temperature 60℃, pressure 8 MPa, and reaction time 4 h. Ethyl N-cyclohexyl carbamate was obtained in the yield of 96% under the optimum reaction conditions.
