摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了Mg∶Al的摩尔比为2∶1的镁铝水滑石,用非离子表面活性剂单硬脂酸甘油酯对其进行表面改性,研究了改性剂的用量、改性时间、改性温度对活化指数的影响。结果表明,最佳改性工艺条件为:改性剂用量为4%,改性时间为40 min,改性温度为60℃。单硬脂酸甘油酯对镁铝水滑石的表面处理属于氢键吸附,表面处理效果理想,镁铝水滑石的晶体结构并未因改性受到影响。 Magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite with Mg/Al molar ratio of 2:1 was synthesized by coprecipitation. Mg/Al-hydrotalcite was surface modified by using monostearin. The main factors affecting activation index have been studied. The optimum process conditions are as follows:the dosage of modification agent 4% ,the time of modification 40 min, the temperature of modification 60℃. FTIR, X-ray and TG-DTA were performed to characterize the Mg/Al-hydrotaleites. It was found that hydrogen binding adsorption was existed between Mg/Al-hydrotalcite Mg/Al-hydrotalcite was not changed and monostearin, the treating effect was good, and the structure of after surface modification.
