摘要
分别用普通铁炭微电解法和曝气催化铁炭微电解法处理THF废水。结果表明,普通铁炭微电解工艺的处理效果与Fe/C质量比、pH值、反应时间等因素有关;采用曝气催化铁炭微电解工艺预处理四氢呋喃废水,在反应时间为120 m in、进水COD为10 000 mg/L左右、pH<4时,对COD的去除率>70%,较普通铁炭微电解工艺有明显的提高,且不易发生板结。
THF wastewater was treated by ferrlc-carbon micro-electrolysis and aerated catalytic ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis respectively. The results indicated that the treatment effect of ferric-carbon microelectrolysis depended on these factors such as the mass ratio of ferrum and carbon, pH,reaction time and so on. The technique of aerated and catalyzed ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis which treated tetrahydrofuran wastewater were studied. When the COD in influent is 10 000 mg/L,the reaction time for the microelectrolysis is approximately 120 min and pH is less than 4, the removal rate of COD is over 70%. In addition, the removal rate of aerated and catalyzed ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis is higher than the traditional ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis ,and it isn't inclined to harden.
