光学电流传感头的非理想性和组装工艺分析

摘要 商用化的光学电流传感器的误差一般要求小于0.2%,而磁光探头是决定该类传感器性能的关键部分,其设计和加工误差均会极大地降低测量精度。此外,组装工艺的不完善也会引起一定的双折射效应,不仅降低了传感器的灵敏度,同时,双折射随环境温度而变,从而导致测量的不稳定性。针对这些问题,对磁光探头物理结构上的非理想性和组装工艺进行了深入的理论分析和数值模拟,并提出了详细的改进措施,对解决光学电流传感器的探头设计、测量精度和测量稳定性等问题具有较大的参考价值。 The error of commercial optical current transducer (OCT) must be less than 0.2 %. The magnetooptical probe is a key component for high-accuracy current sensing, and the influences on measuring accuracy are analyzed, which are introduced by the defects of the magneto-optical probe. In the meanwhile, the reasons which affect the stability and sensitivity of the optical current transducer are described by analyzing the assembly technics. The theoretical analysis and digital simulation of the physical defects and assembly process are developed sufficiently, so it is valuable for solving a great deal of problems, such as the design of magneto-optical probe, measurement accuracy, measurement sensitivity, et al.
