摘要
为了解决涡流传感器在测量汽车漆膜厚度时受被测基体材料的限制,通过实验对涡流传感器的阻抗特性进行了分析,得到了传感器线圈的阻抗特性曲线。通过对该曲线进行分析,得到了线圈的阻抗实部与虚部随检测变化的规律,并分析了曲线截距随检测距离变化的关系曲线。最后,对传感器的精度进行了分析,通过得到的精度值可以看出:应用该方法设计的传感器可以对多种金属基体的漆膜厚度进行检测,满足该类相关产品5%的测试精度要求。
The impedance characteristics of the eddy current sensor are analyzed through the experiment, and the impedance characteristics curve of the sensor coil is acquired. The rule that real and imaginary parts change with detection is obtained by the analysis on the impedance characteristics curve. Finally, the results of analysis are validated by the experiment, and relation function of input and output is obtained. It can meet the needs of 5 % measurement accuracy.
