摘要
针对传统磁通门传感器模拟电路温度性能相对较差的问题,研究了一种闭环数字磁通门传感器。利用高速A/D直接采样传感器信号,用单片机进行数字信号处理,再经D/A转换输出反馈信号。详细介绍了传感器的硬件结构和软件设计,并用该传感器对地磁场进行了测量试验。结果显示:它的零位温度系数为6.7×10-10/℃,灵敏度温度系数为2.5×10-4/℃,线性度达到了5.4×10-3。
Aimed at the poor thermal stability of traditional fluxgate sensor, a closed-loop digital fluxgate sensor is presented. The signal of fluxgate is sampled by high-speed A/D directly, handled by mierocontroller, and exported the feedback singal through D/A. The hardware structure and software design are described particularly. In order to test these methods, geomagnetic field measurements are carried out using this sensor. The results show that the zero temperature coefficient is 6.7 × 10^-1℃, the sensitivity temperature coefficient is 2.5 × 10^-4℃, the linearity reaches 5.4×10^-3.
