摘要
我国的高校后勤是在计划经济环境中发展起来的,形成了一种自我配套的特殊的体制结构形态。从1999年高校后勤社会化改革的提出到今天已经十多年,在我国高等教育发展史上曾经发挥过重要作用。但是随着高校的发展,体制内部已经产生了诸多不谐和性及非适应性。现结合十余年的后勤工作经验,尝试从改革带来的成果和问题两方面入手,分析高校后勤社会化改革中存在的问题,并尝试提出解决方案。
