摘要
为探讨大学生的消极完美主义心理、内外控、自我和谐与就业焦虑的关系,采用分层取样方式,利用已修订的大学生消极完美主义问卷、内外控量表、自我和谐量表和就业焦虑量表进行测量。得出完美主义、内外控、自我和谐等主要变量对大学生就业焦虑有显著预测作用的结论。
Objective: To investigate the relationship ternal control, Self-consistency and Congruence and between college students perfectionism, internal -ex- employment anxiety. Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional design. Six hundred and forty college students (303 males and 333 females; aged 21.47 ± 1.46) were recruited through cluster sampling. Participants were from three major universities, and responded to the revised Negative Perfectionism Questionnaire (ZNPQ) for Chinese College Students, inter- nal -external control Scale (IECS)),and Employment Anxiety Scale (EAS). Results: Negative Perfection- ism, internalI'-lexternal control tendency and Self-consistency and Congruence have a significant regression effect on Employment anxiety respectively ; Conclusion: Negative Perfectionism, internalF]external control tendency and Self-consistency and Congruence could predict individual Employment anxiety obviously.
