摘要
":教师素质是教育改革与发展的关键"是人们的共识,教师专业发展问题也是当今教育理论研究和教育实践改革中的热门话题。通过对高校英语教师专业发展现状、内涵及特点的分析,以期为教育行政部门或高校人事等职能部门制订有关教师教育、教师评价及专业发展相关政策时提供参考,以谋求学校与教师个人的共同发展,同时也为英语教师个体的专业发展指明方向。
It is teachers＇ career tended to make generally agreed that teachers play a key role in education reform and development and development is a top issue for educational theoretical study and practice. This paper is in- a study of this issue in terms of its present situation, connotation and features in the hope of presenting some references for education administration in making policies concerning teachers＇ training, assessing and professional development and pursuing for common development for both schools and teachers.
