摘要
分析了H级三维立体D形卷铁心的结构、制造工艺和产品性能,从结构、磁路、磁通向量分析、耗电费用等方面对三维立体D形卷铁心、平面叠片式铁心、三相三框卷铁心、三相四框五柱卷铁心进行了技术和经济性能比较,认为三维立体D形卷铁心具有磁路对称,空载损耗、空载电流、噪声小,带负载能力强,运行费用低等特点,符合节能环保的要求。运行结果表明,采用三维立体D形卷铁心变压器能使10kV母线电压畸变率从6.77%下降到2.97%。
The paper analyzes the structure, fabrication procedures and performance of H-class three-dimensional D-form rolled core. Techno-economic comparison is made among three-dimensional D-form rolled core, plane laminated core, three-phase threeframe rolled core and three-phase four-frame five-limb rolled core from such aspects as structure, magnetic path, magnetic flux vector analysis and power consumption costs. It is concluded that the three-dimensional D-form rolled core features symmetric magnetic path, small no-load loss, no-load current and noise, strong load-carrying capacity, and low operational costs, meeting the requirement of energy conservation and environmental protection. It is shown in operation that the voltage distortion rate of 10 kV Ires can be reduced from 6. 77% to 2.97% by use of transformer with three-dimensional D-form rolled core.
