火电机组烟气脱硫装置运行分析及优化建议

Operation Analysis and Optimization Suggestions for Flue Gas Desulfurization Devices of Thermal Generating Units

为全面了解广东省各火电机组脱硫装置的应用情况,对广东省11个火电厂脱硫装置的设计、设备和运行情况进行了调研和分析,总结了脱硫设计和运行中普遍存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化建议,有助于提高烟气脱硫(flue gas desulfurization,FGD)系统的投运率和脱硫率。

To obtain thorough knowledge of the applications of flue gas desulfurization （FGD） devices to thermal power generating units in Guangdong, China, an investigation is made into the design, equipment and operation of FGD devices in 11 thermal power plants in the province. Common problems in FGD design and operation are summarized with corresponding proposals for optimization presented, which are helpful to improve the service rate and desulfurization rate of FGD system.
