摘要
阐述了考虑备用电源自动投入装置的地区电网静态安全分析软件的功能和关键技术。该软件自动生成预想故障集,结合备用电源自动投入装置配置表自动对网络拓扑进行修改,调用BPA进程进行潮流计算,按照线路的载流量对计算结果筛选、排序、统计,并能按照过负荷减载装置的判据和定值给出装置动作的警告信息。解决了线路名字对照、拓扑结构储存、BPA进程调用、计算孤岛、过负荷减载装置动作判别及预警、输出结果汇总等软件开发关键技术问题。实际工程应用表明,该软件达到了预期效果。
The function and key techniques of static security analysis software for regional power grid considering reserve power source automatic switch device (RPSASD) is described. The software can automatically produce anticipated contingency set, change network topology according to RPSASD configuration table, conduct power flow computation by BPA procedure, screen, rank and make statistics of computation results as per line ampacity table, and give alert according to the configuration of load shedding device. Key technical problems such as line name reflection, data structure of network topology, BPA procedure call, computational island, action identification and alert of load shedding device, and summary of output are solved. The software is useful in application.
