采用紧凑型旋风分离器的循环流化床锅炉调试要点分析

摘要 对采用紧凑型旋风分离器的410t/h循环流化床锅炉(circulating fluidized bed boiler,CFBB)启动调试的关键过程——烘炉、冷态试验、热态排渣试验进行分析,分析结果表明:根据紧凑型CFBB的结构特点,采用电加热器加管式燃烧器的热烟气法烘炉,可取得优良的烘炉效果;炉膛布风板设计合理,能确保均匀的流化;选择性冷渣器按掺烧油页岩的劣质燃料设计,具有足够裕量的排渣能力。 The key steps in startup commissioning of 410 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB) using compact cyclone separator are analyzed, which include drying-out, cold test and hot deslagging test. The analytical results show that according to the structural features of compact CFBB, the effect of drying-out with hot gas from electric heater and tubular burner is excellent; rationally designed furnace distributor plate can ensure even fluidization; selective slag cooler designed as per inferior fuel containing oil shale is of adequate deslagging margin.
