超声心动图与心电图诊断高血压病左心室肥厚的对比研究

The Study of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Diagnosis Using UCG Compared with that Using ECG

目的:比较超声心动图(UCG)与心电图(ECG)对高血压病左心室肥厚的诊断准确率。材料和方法:对115例高血压病患者同时行 UCG 和 ECG 检查。结果:超声心动图检出左心室肥厚者67例(52.2%),心电图检出者26例(22.5%)。如将 UCG 诊断作为金标准则 ECG 诊断左心室肥厚的敏感性为38.8%,特异性为89.6%,准确率为60.0%。结论:UCG 是诊断高血压病左心室肥厚较为可靠的无创伤性方法。

Purpose:The diagnostic capacity for left ventricular hypertrophy in patient of hypertension was compared using ultrasonic car- diography(UCG)with electrocardiography(ECG).Material and Methods:115 patients with hypertension were detected using UCG and ECG.Results:67 patients were diagnosed of left ventricular hypertrophy using UCG while only 26 patients were diagnosed using ECG.If the UCG diagnosis is taken as a gold standard the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ECG for left ventricular hypertrophy is 38.8%, 89.6% and 60.0%.Conclusion:UCG is an accurate non-traumatic method in diagnosing hypertrophy of the left ventricle in hypertension.
