杨梅中两种化学成分的结构修饰研究

摘要 目的:对从杨梅树皮中分离得到的两种环状二芳基庚烷类化合物杨梅醇和杨梅新醇进行结构修饰。方法:通过甲基化、氧化、乙酰化等结构修饰方法对这两个先导化合物进行结构修饰。结果:合成得到5个二芳基庚烷类衍生物。结论:这些实验为将来对环状二芳基庚烷类化合物进行药理活性筛选并完善这类化合物的构效关系研究提供必要的基础和前提。 Objective: The structures of two diarylheptanoids myricanol and rubanol isolated from the bark of Myrica rubra were modified. Methods: The two lead compounds were modified by methylation, oxidation and acetylation. Results: 5 derivatives of diarylheptanoids were obtained. Conclusion: Requisite foundation and precondition were provided for studies on bolting pharmaco-activity and consummating structure-function relationship of diarylheptanoids through these experimentations.
