苡术异位安胶囊药理学研究

The Study on the Pharmacology of Yizhuyiweian Capsule

目的:对苡术异位安胶囊进行药效学研究。方法:研究苡术异位安胶囊的活血化疲、抗血栓形成、抗血小板聚集作用;对小鼠"离经之血"型血瘀症的影响进行实验研究。结果:用药后15min内偏瘫的恢复率分别达到65.0%、75.0%和85.0%;对ADP诱导的大鼠体内血小板聚集率均有明显的抑制作用,其聚集抑制率分别达到51.61%、56.60%和59.53%,均与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);本实验所选阳性药左旋咪唑在4、8、16及24h点计数的小鼠腹腔内残留的羊红细胞数均显著少于空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论:苡术异位安胶囊具有活血化瘀,抑制血小板聚集和对抗体内血栓形成、促进腹腔液中细胞吞噬和吸收的功效。

Objective： To observe the pharmacology of Yizhuyiweian capsule. Methods： The effect of Yizhuyiweianea Psulein Promoting blood circulation, removing stasis antithrombotic, anti-platelet aggregation. The effect of Yizhuyiweian capsule on the Jimpy mice＇s blood circulating out of vessels type of boold stasis. Results：The drug could conspicuously protect Jimpy mice from thrombosis induced by collagen-adrenalin in vivo. The drug could evidently inhibit the vivo Platelet aggregation of the rat induced by ADP. The drug could obviously reduce the number of the residual sheep erythrocytes in the abdominal of the Jimpy mice. Conclusion：The experiment showed that Yizhuyiweian capsule had obviously suppressing effect to agglutination.
