摘要
介绍了基于三菱PLC和海泰克触摸屏的交流电机变频调速实验系统的硬件结构及软件设计。开关量输入的触摸屏和外部按钮的双重方式提高了调速系统运行的可靠性,模块化程序设计思想增强了程序的扩展性和实用性。该系统的实验运行结果表明,人机交互界面友好,运行安全稳定,有利于加强学生对简单工业控制系统的设计思想的掌握,达到了较好的实验教学效果。
The design of hardware and software of a frequency conversion speed system based on Mitsubishi PLC and Hitech touch screen are introduced. Since the switch signals are input dually by touch screen and external buttons, respectively, the speed regulating system is of higher reliability. Moreover, the modularization programming methods enhance the extensibility and applicability. Practical test proves that this system is of performable human interface and higher stability and security,it is helpful to.enlighten the design idea of modern controlling systems for students,and thus acquires better teaching effect.
